Writing It Up In the Garden

Writing It Up in the Garden is a literary arts studio whose mission is to foster a safe haven for writers and their muses in an environment of humor and compassion. Created and run by novelist, poet and songwriter, Nerissa Nields, programs are offered both virtually (via Zoom) and in-person in Nerissa’s writing retreat cottage, named Little Blue Studio.

Programs include seasonal retreats (3-7 days), weekly writing workshops (offered in twelve week blocks), and Nerissa’s signature generative writing Membership Program, called Morning, Seeding & Tending which runs Monday-Friday from 10 to 11 am Eastern Time on Zoom, and Community Writes, a Tuesday evening free-write and open mic, meeting from 6-7:30 Eastern Time on Zoom.

The best way to learn more about Nerissa’s offerings and how you can get involved is to join Nerissa’s substack newsletter, here.
