On Tuesday evenings, from 6-7:30pm Little Blue Studio as well as the Writing It Up in the Garden Zoom room will be open for all members of Nerissa’s writing groups and Substack subscribers.
Format: 6pm prompt, followed by silent writing.
7pm, a half-hour open mic.
In this particular season of grief and uncertainty, community is going to save us. Or at least sustain us.
To this end, I’m offering a less-expensive writing group on Tuesday nights, and it will differ from the usual writing groups in a few ways.
-Though we will begin with a prompt, as we always do, and then write for the first hour, instead of sharing with responses afterwards, there will be a half hour long open mic, with six writers reading for 5 minutes apiece. Feedback in the chat.
-Cost of the full program is free to any member of Morning Seeding & Tending––part of the $20 a month the program costs.
